"LET'S BLOW STUFF UP!"

We asked Bren why we celebrate July 4th. His reply was, "So we can blow stuff up!" The boys had a great time with their little cousin Audrey Nicole while we watched the Layton City Parade, ate yummy food and watched the fireworks!

A great ending to a fun day--watching the pros blow stuff (fireworks) up!

REX'S BIRTHDAY

The "distinguished gent" in the middle gets more distinguished as he celebrated another birthday at the Fernwood campground near our home. Happy Birthday Rex E.!!!

OUR TRIP TO CALIFORNIA

Brendan celebrated his 5th birthday at Disneyland!! We were thrilled to continue our tradition of celebrating birthday number 5 at Disneyland with our amazing Bren. His favorite rides were Autotopia, the new Toy Story Ride and the Finding Nemo Submarine. Let's face it---Disneyland is fun for kids of all ages--especially kids named M-O-M!!

A vacation is better when you go to the beach!! Jordan, Bren and Nate enjoyed the warm breeze and beautiful waves while mom and dad took in the rays at Santa Monica Beach!

We were personally invited to tour Warner Brothers and watch an episode of the television show ER being filmed. WOW! We were thrilled to see several television sets, see some actors and shop. The best part for the boys (including the boy with gray hair ) was seeing Batman's Car and Speed Racer!

JORDAN GETS HIS ARROW OF LIGHT

Yeah!!! We are so proud of all the hard work and dedication Jordan has put into scouting. He earned his Webelos Badge and his Arrow of Light! Now he is moving onto the 11-year old Scout Program. Way to go Jordan!!
